Double Choc Chip Cookie
Was very happy to make these cookies for K who was giving these away as favours. YUP.. giant Chocolate chip cookies with a chocolate base - soft chewy sort. I am still working very hard towards the legendry Mrs Fields Choc Chip Cookie.. almost there la.

I have to confess, I am not a big fan of chocolate brownie or cookies to start with. It always leave a very “dry” feelings in my throat, that is until I get to try this delightful cookie!
I was hesitant at first but since I am game to try new thing, I am glad I did!
The cookie has a soft moisture in it that does not leave a dry feeling after having one cookie, it actually makes you want to have more!! Must Try!!
