The mango mousse birthday cake for my mum’s birthday was yummy!! In fact, it was so delicious that it wasn’t enough for everyone, not enough for those who wanted a second slice! The mango filling was generous and we can taste the real mango pieces in the cake. Oh gosh! I can still remembere how the mango filling taste after thinking about it!! I have to confess, I am not a big fan of chocolate brownie or cookies to start with. It always leave a very “dry” feelings in my throat, that is until I get to try this delightful cookie!
I was hesitant at first but since I am game to try new thing, I am glad I did!
The cookie has a soft moisture in it that does not leave a dry feeling after having one cookie, it actually makes you want to have more!! Must Try!!
